The Beginning &
The Evolution (Kolymbari)
Our journey began in 1990, when we laid the foundation for our first dream. Chrispy Hotel opened its doors with 81 rooms in the picturesque village of Kolymbari, offering a warm welcome to our very first guests.
As our passion grew, so did our facilities:
• 2000 & 2017: Two major expansions took place, modernizing our infrastructure and increasing our capacity.
• 2019: A milestone year as we introduced our modern Waterpark. This addition transformed the estate into the Chrispy Waterpark Resort, the ultimate family destination where fun and comfort coexist perfectly.
Seaside Elegance
(Agia Marina)
In 2024, the Chrispy family expanded further with the acquisition of Chrispy Beach in the cosmopolitan area of Agia Marina. This move allowed us to offer a true “feet-in-the-sand” experience. Located directly on the golden shore, Chrispy Beach combines effortless beach access with the vibrant lifestyle of Agia Marina, making it ideal for those seeking the quintessential Mediterranean summer.
Urban Charm: Chrispy City Living (Chania City)
The year 2026 marks a significant new chapter. We acquired the historic Hotel Nefeli, one of the oldest and most iconic landmarks of Chania city, and reimagined it as Chrispy City Living.
By bringing this urban gem into our family, we have bridged the gap between resort life and city exploration. Chrispy City Living represents our vision of contemporary urban hospitality, right in the heart of the city.
Today, the Chrispy portfolio offers a complete Cretan experience: from the tranquil shores of Kolymbari and the seaside energy of Agia Marina to the sophisticated urban pulse of Chania.
